I went volkswalking this morning. The walk was held in Tulsa. I chose to do the 5K walk. The weather was warm as I started and was getting hot as I finished. The walk started in a park along Riverside Drive. Then it went over to the river and following the river south for a short distance. From there it went down to the River Spirit Casino and then the trail went past the praying hands at ORU. The walk finished up back at the start point.
I was soaked with sweat as I drove back home. J did not go with me today. She did not want to get out in the heat. I did not see Nick or any of his family there either.
