Daddy Ed and Momma Ed

John Edwards and his wife (Daddy Ed and Momma Ed). I am standing in front of Mr. Edwards. Mr. Edwards worked for the railroad. He had an outdoors job riding the rails on a motorcar. He was a section foreman and it was his job to keep a section of track (20 to 25 miles) in good condition. One day, years later, a train ran into Mr. Edwards's motorcar and knocked it into him. He ended up in the hospital and never fully recovered from his injuries.
Update June 17: The Edwards had four daughters. Starting with the oldest they are: Tempe, Mary, Leona, and Isolene. Leona died in her 30s of cancer.
